Do you offer trade pricing on all collections?
Once approved trade accounts receive preferential pricing across categories furniture, upholstery, rugs.
Do you offer custom dimensions?
Yes. Many of our made to order pieces can be adapted in size or proportion. More extensive custom work is also available on request.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary by category. Current timings are listed on each product page and confirmed at the point of order.
Can you supply finishes or swatches?
Yes. We offer a curated library of finishes and can provide timber/painted swatches for project work. Please just contact our sales team
How do I request a quote?
Please contact our team or submit a project list and we will return pricing within two working days.
Do you work with international designers?
Yes. We ship internationally and can support project work outside the UK.
How long does it take to become a Trove Trade member?
After we receive your trade account application form, our team will review it and let you know whether your application has been approved. Please allow up to 48 hours for this process.
What are the Trove trade account payment terms?
Payment terms are 100% up front. Full details will be provided once your trade account is active.
Who can apply for a Trove trade account?
Trade accounts are available to interior designers, architects, stylists, developers, procurement agencies and contract furnishers.
