Who We Are
Trove is the furniture and homeware brand born from the interior design studio, Studio Duggan. Created to translate a design led world into a more accessible, shoppable collection, Trove brings together soulful furniture, lighting, textiles and objects with character and integrity.
Rooted in contrast, soft and strong, decorative and grounded, our pieces are designed to feel chosen rather than placed. We work closely with skilled makers in the UK and beyond, favouring craft, materiality and longevity over trend.
As a business, we are thoughtful and focused. Small enough to be agile, ambitious enough to grow with purpose. We care deeply about aesthetic, but we are equally rigorous about operations, margins and delivery. Design credibility and commercial clarity sit side by side.
Trove serves both private clients and trade professionals through our website and Notting Hill showroom. Everything we do is shaped by an interior designer’s mindset: considered, confident and quietly distinctive.

TRADE & SALES MANAGER | 12 MONTH MATERNITY COVER
We are looking for a commercially minded, relationship led Trade & Sales Manager to join Trove for a 12 month maternity cover contract.
This is an outward facing role focused on driving sales, growing our trade business and developing strong relationships with interior designers and design studios. Alongside proactive business development, you will take ownership of overall sales performance, targets and pipeline, while managing the day to day sales function.
Full time | 12 month fixed term maternity cover
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission
Hybrid working, primarily based in our Notting Hill studio & shop
Desired start date: Early November 2026
