Caring for Your Papergoods

Our papergoods are made with recycled board and finished with decorative Antoinette Poisson papers. Each piece is crafted by hand, with natural variation in the placement of pattern. With the right care, they will maintain their colour and structure for many years.

Cleaning

• Dust gently with a clean, dry cloth.

• If needed, use a slightly damp cloth and wipe immediately with a dry one.

• Avoid abrasive cloths or cleaning products which may damage the printed surface.

• Do not use commercial polishes or detergents.

Everyday Care

• Keep away from direct sunlight or intense artificial light to prevent colour fading.

• Avoid placing wet items inside or on top of the piece.

• Do not soak or expose to prolonged moisture.

• If a spill occurs, blot gently and allow to air dry.

• For waste bins, use a removable liner to protect the interior.

Placement

• Use on dry, level surfaces.

• Each piece has a felt base to protect furniture, but take care when placing on delicate finishes.

Longevity Notes

These pieces are made with printed paper applied by hand. Light variation and gentle ageing are part of their character.

For any significant damage, we recommend speaking to a professional restorer rather than attempting repairs at home.
