UK Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery – £9.00
All candles, lamps & shades, cushions, bed linens and other accessories are usually delivered within 7 working days by DPD – tracking details provided. Please note, if you are ordering multiple items from this category, the delivery charge can increase up to £26 maximum.
If ordered in conjunction with other items in our collection (Headboards, upholstery or Cased goods) please note that they will be delivered separately, but you will only be charged once.
Made to Order (Case goods, headboards, upholstery) and vintage delivery – £25-£110 (depending on number of items and weight)
Made to Order lead times are between 8-10 weeks from time of order
Our delivery partners DHD will be in touch within three weeks of your order estimated delivery date to confirm a date/time that’s convenient for you and in line with the recommended lead time on the TROVE website. DHD will endeavour to deliver to room of choice (subject to access requirements) and take away packaging.
If your order includes a combination of large items (cased goods, upholstery, headboards and vintage) and smaller items (candles, cushions etc), these will be dispatched separately for your convenience. Smaller items will be sent immediately while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you and in line with the recommended lead time on the Trove website. You will only be charged once for delivery.
We currently do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom (but for any international shipping enquiry please do contact one of the TROVE team at email@example.com)
Restrictions within the United Kingdom are as follows – Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man
Direct Home Delivery
We’ve partnered with Direct Home Delivery to deliver our made to order items – case goods, headboards and upholstery. You will be contacted three weeks prior to your estimated delivery time to arrange a delivery date/time convenient for you. All goods should reach you within three weeks of being contacted to arrange delivery. Please note transit and contact times may vary depending on your location and availability to accept delivery.
Things to consider:
- Outbound calls related to orders will usually take place between 9am and 5pm, please provide the best contact number for us to reach you on.
- When contacted to arrange delivery, you will need to complete a pre-delivery survey, so please think about any parking restrictions and access issues.
- You will be contacted the day before your delivery to confirm your slot and to ensure that you are still available to receive delivery.
- You will need to sign for receipt of the product.
DHD Two Man Delivery service Includes
Pre-delivery telephone audit, to agree a mutually convenient time and date for delivery. They will also verify any special access issues such as pedestrian area etc.
Order receipt progress monitoring, including notifying the consumer of any delays or changes to delivery expectations
Automated consumer email alert system – confirmation of booking and 24hrs pre-delivery reminder (see attached examples)
White glove’ 2-man crew delivery to the room/area of choice.
Unpack and removal of packaging.
Made To Order Returns & Cancellations
Please note: items that are bespoke to order are non-returnable. For bespoke items, you may cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing your order. After this, a 50% cancellation fee will be taken from the original order value.
Available Now & Vintage
We accept any of these items for return within 14 days of purchase (receipt of purchase must be provided – either emailed or printed receipt)
